Refund policy
How cancellation works, and where refunds stand while the product is pre-launch.
TradeDrift has not launched. No accounts are being charged and no payments are being processed yet.
Cancelling
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep the plan you paid for until the end of the period already paid, and then move to the free plan.
What happens to your data
Nothing is deleted when a subscription ends. Everything you logged stays readable and exportable on the free plan. Free-plan limits apply to adding new trades, not to reading what you already have.
Refunds
TradeDrift has not launched. No accounts are being charged and no payments are being processed yet. The refund terms that will apply to paid plans will be published on this page before billing opens, and before any card is charged.
Free plan
The free plan requires no card and costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stay on it for as long as you like.
